The Brant must be notified of any cancellations – regardless of reason – by 4:00pm EST 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room and applicable tax charges. There are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals. Failure to show up for your reservation without notifying the hotel will result in a no show fee equal to the full stay’s room and tax charges.

Pets are always welcome in the guest rooms at The Brant. We require a 100 USD non refundable pet fee per pet per stay. A portion of this fee will be donated to our local no-kill pet shelter. We love all kinds of animals, but only domestic pets, like cats and dogs, are allowed to stay atThe Brant. No more than two (2) domestic pets are allowed per guest room. The Brant Suite offers our most spacious accommodations featuring 2 bedrooms, a living and dining area complete with kitchenette and mini bar, a master bedroom with a king size bed, and a guest bedroom with twin bunk beds. A luxurious, fully accessible bathroom awaits with a roll-in shower and Further bath amenities. This suite also features a spacious, private terrace equipped with an outdoor shower.
